The space This two-level exclusive apartment (3 ½ rooms, 120m2) with luxury bathrooms, high end modern kitchen, generous bedrooms, a large living and dining room is located in an excellent location with a few minutes from the lake, in the upscale villa quartier of Zurich Enge. The building is on a short pedestrian path between two streets with no traffic noise, yet only a minute walk to public transit. Tram 7 is a 2 minute walk. TOP LEVEL Bathroom: The large, new, luxurious bathroom with its floor-to-ceiling natural stone in the entire bathroom is very spacious. It features a signature bathtub, new rain and waterfall shower, and a double sink. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is furnished with a large bed (160 cm x 200cm) for two people and a closet. Additional Bedroom: The second bedroom also has a large bed (160 cm x 200cm). The room has access to an adjacent small room that can be used for additional storage. A baby cot is available upon request. LOWER LEVEL Entrance: The very inviting foyer is furnished with wooden cabinets for storage. A washer and a dryer are discreetly installed in the closet next to the entrée. Laundry detergents are provided. Living and Dining room: The spacious, bright open plan living is very spacious and has direct access to the large sunny terrace. Wifi is available in the entire apartment. The dinner area has a glass-top credenza and a black wood dinner table with leather chairs accommodating six people. A high chair for small children is available and will be provided upon request. There is also a sofa bed for one person located in this room. Kitchen: The open high standard kitchen is very modern and fully equipped with new high end appliances including a steamer, induction plate to cook, a dishwasher, new dishes, cutlery, wine and water glasses, a toaster, a separate Espresso machine and a water boiler. Bathroom: The new second bathroom is located next to the entrance and includes high quality shower, sink and a WC. There are beautiful wooden floors in the entire apartment. Guest access The travellers will be able to access the entire place. Other things to note Guests are offered a free WiFi. A private and covered garage for one car is provided free of charge. Please clean any dishes, pots, etc. and dump trash regularly and before departure. Please ensure garbage is put in white city receptacles bags and brought to the garbage containers outside of the house.
