We gave a second life to a former 1950s electrical cabin, creating a one-of-a-kind space. The room is one of the two annexes of the Stazzu Bandera, a property of over 7.5 hectares immersed in the most spectacular and unspoiled Gallura countryside. From the cabin you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Bocche di Bonifacio and the promontories of Monti Russo and Capo Testa. It is a two-minute drive from the wonderful beaches of Naracu Nieddu and Lu Litarroni. The space The annex is spread over three levels: entrance and services on the ground floor, bedroom on the first floor and, on the mezzanine, there is a beautiful single "boat" bed from the 1800s. You reach the first floor by climbing a beautiful spiral staircase from the early 1900s and from here you then have access, through another staircase, to the mezzanine. You can enjoy the view both from the large window of the room and from the three windows of the mezzanine. The kitchen is habitable and well-equipped and is located on the ground floor with access from the garden. Overlooking the kitchen is a terrace with a breathtaking view, where you can eat or simply sit and admire the unique view of Bonifacio, Capotesta, Monti Russo Guest access Guests have private parking, a private garden, and a terrace, also for exclusive use, where they can rest, read, or have lunch and dinner. Other things to note The annex is supplied with hot water produced entirely from a renewable source. In fact, a solar thermal system has been installed so that the 300 liters of hot water available daily to the single annex are heated by the sun. It is located a two-minute drive from the wonderful beaches of Naracu Nieddu and Lu Litarroni and a few kilometers from all the most beautiful beaches in the north of Gallura.
