Whichever option you choose you will have the entire farmhouse to yourself and will not share with anyone else The space We are taking bookings for 2026 and we can be flexible with change over days. Casa Montina offers self- catering accommodation for 4 guests and a cot is also available. It is ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday in peaceful surroundings. The accommodation is all on the ground floor. We are trying to be more Eco friendly and have installed solar panels to harness the sunshine Menorca is famous for. Overview of Bedrooms / Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: Double bed with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Air con and ceiling fan. Access to outside areas Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Access to shower room across hallway. Air con and ceiling fan. All towels and linen, including beach towels, are included. The housekeeper can come in weekly by arrangement to change bed linen (this will be payable in cash directly to her by arrangement). There is a newly appointed, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and a chilled water filter. The kitchen has access to an informal outdoor eating area. The comfortable living and dining areas flow onto a covered outdoor eating area with traditional BBQ. The tranquil gardens, which surround the house, are enhanced by a beautiful private pool for the exclusive use of guests only, with sun loungers and traditional tiled gazebo. A solar shower for rinsing off after pool or beach is situated next to the pool house. Guest access WiFi and English satellite TV ( limited channels) is available Other things to note Spanish Eco Tax is payable in Euros on arrival, currently it is €2 per person per night for the first 9 nights then €1 thereafter ( plus 10% - adults only). This goes to the local government and is beyond our control, we do not add any supplement to this and all visitors to the island have to pay this tax. Also please note on booking we require the passport details of all guests over 16 for submission to the local Guardia. This is a legal requirement and needs to be submitted on the day of arrival - we delete all this information once it’s processed. The pool can be heated out of season at additional costs ( please enquire from the host). Please be aware that during the summer months there are likely to be mosquitoes in Menorca so we recommend suitable clothing and repellent . Listen out for the donkey!
