Beautiful En-Suite Single room

Lovely, spacious, single room with private en-suite facilities. Recently refurbished en-suite and quality carpets throughout. Super fast free Wi-Fi The space We have a fantastic single room for rent. The room is spacious, clean, and has a en-suite shower room / toilet / wash basin. The room has its own TV and Superfast Free Wifi. . A workspace desk and complimentary Tea / Coffee facilities. Fully carpeted throughout. We also have unrestricted on street parking. Guests will have their own key, and are welcome to stay out as late as they wish. However, we do ask that noise is kept to a minimum when returning late. A continental breakfast is provided and is complimentary. This consists of cereals, bread, selection of preserves, fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices & tea or coffee. Tea/coffee facilities are available to guests throughout your stay. Guests are also welcome to use the large garden. (Weather permitting) IMPORTANT: - Please provide a little information about yourself, as this is our family home we always like some information on guests before booking. Please let us know what time you plan to arrive at the house - check in and out is very flexible but, typically, check in is after 11am and check out is 10 am. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive so that we can be here to greet you. Occasionally breakfast may be self/serve. We are a very friendly and easy going couple and will help our guests as much as possible. We are sure that your stay with us will be a memorable one. We are just 20 minutes from the city centre, and have an excellent bus service with buses running every 10 / 15 minutes. The bus stops to, and from, the city centre are just outside the house. Edinburgh is an incredibly friendly, multi cultural, city with many visitor attractions including, of course, Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, National Museums, Edinburgh Military Tattoo, Camera Obscura, Dynamic Earth, Theatres, and our world famous Edinburgh International Festival. Sharing our home is the youngest member of our family; our very friendly West Highland Terrier called Millie. Other things to note: We respectfully request that guests remove their shoes / boots in the small vestibule. A shoe rack is provided for convenience. Airport pick up or drop off is available for £25 each way. An Uber / taxi typically costs around £40 each way. If required, please make your request as soon as possible. Guest access Guest are welcome to use the garden at the back of the house.
