The Glamping Pod os the latest addition to our glamping site and offers you the ideal glamping experience with all the practical amenities you need for comfort. Based just 6 miles north of Dundee in the beautiful county of Angus, our Pod is the ideal location for the outdoors. The Pod has access to kitchen appliances including a hob and your a short walk from the bathroom and an outdoor tap. The space Cosy layout with your living area, cooking area, and bed all in one space. One double bed Guest access Due to a step into the pod, it wouldn't be wheelchair accessible. Other things to note The bell tent is located looking out towards our horses, our neighbour's sheep, and Finlarg Hill, one of the many along the Sidlaws. The tent is also West facing so the sunsets can be incredibly stunning. You are also in an ideal place to go on walks around the farm and can lay your eyes on roe deer, buzzards, owls, hare, rabbits, pheasants, stoats, and a number of other countryside species. The farm has been awarded a number of Conservation awards over the years. Thousands of trees have been planted to create hedges and woodland that have created one of the most impressive habitats across the region. For such a small farm, over 9 km of hedges and 40 acres of woodland have been planted. Nether Finlarg also creates local employment through the creation of industrial units around the farm buildings. We are also in the process of creating a small equestrian centre teaching children around the local area to horse ride. Nether Finlarg is predominantly an arable farm where grasswalks have been created around every field to allow for walkers. A good walk in particular is the walk up to the top of the farm - 600 feet above sea level. Dundee is 6 miles away which offers a wide range of activities such as cinemas theatre and the world-famous Victoria and Albert exhibition Centre.
