Mezzanine studio in charming maisonette

Hello! Small, comfortable mezzanine studio of 17 m2, private bathroom and kitchenette. You will have access to the garden, shared with the house, in which the 2 of us live. Travelers from here or elsewhere, workers, in training, curious to know the pretty Nantes, welcome! The space Studio and sleeping arrangements for 1 to 2 people. Space to possibly add a travel cot (which I do not provide). Underfloor heating, the kitchen is equipped (small fridge, oven, microwave, electric stove, cupboards, dishes, utensils, "basic" spices). It should be noted, however, that there is no television! Towels and sheets are included. The studio is not equipped with a washing machine, but it is possible to do laundry at our place. Please note: the cleaning of the studio will be requested when you check out (or a supplement requested). Everything is provided for this.
