The villa is a family home with 5 bedrooms plus a 6th open plan sleeping area. It is situated in the peaceful Modena hills and offers a calm holiday experience for travelers. The pool is situated in the garden and is not shared. It is an artistic house full of mosaics and artworks and has been used for photo shoots for fashion companies. It has a rustic feel to it rather than a five star hotel. The house has three floors with three bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor plus an open plan sleeping area with two single beds. Guest access For a big shop you will need a car to access the nearest supermrket which is a fifteen minute drive away. There is a general store which you can reach on foot plus a pizzeria at a ten minute walk away (they deliver!) Other things to note We have also organized cookery lessons on request to learn to make fresh pasta (tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle) at an extra €35\person. Meals can also be prepared during this session so a sauce made for the pasta, parmigiana for a second dish and tiramisu for dessert (€45\person). Plus €50 for the ingredients for 10. There is also a Thai cook nearby for lovers of Thai food so there is an extra option for a Thai based meal of Pat Thai, Tomyum,spring roll, Salted Chili Chicken at €30/person.
