The John Fowler KILLIGARTH MANOR Holiday Park is on the beautiful south coast of Cornwall just 10 minutes walk from the colourful fishing village and harbour of POLPERRO. Nearby is TALLAND BAY with 2 great Cafes. Our lovely lodge is situated on the edge of the holiday park so is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for country-lovers. But if you enjoy entertainment and leisure facilities, you have full FREE access to the site's pool, gym, bar etc. along with all facilities at TRELAWNE MANOR nearby. The space Nearly all the lodges are privately owned, and as such, this part of the Killigarth Manor site has fewer changes of holiday-makers throughout the season, making it much quieter than the separate field with John Fowler owned caravans. Also, the lodges are well spaced apart with areas of shrubs planted between them which make for very pleasant surroundings. We see lots of wild bunnies and the odd hedgehog as a result of this quiet and peaceful situation. Guest access You have use of the entire 3 bedroom lodge which is totally self contained and has parking for 2 cars directly outside. Other things to note THE SITE FACILITIES (swimming pool, bar, entertainment etc.) ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MARCH TO OCTOBER inclusive. The lodge is available all year for bookings but the entertainment provided by John Fowler Holiday Parks is limited to their holiday season. PLEASE NOTE - WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. All bedding including sheets and duvet covers are provided as well as bath mats and tea towels, but NOT personal/bath towels. FREE WI-FI ACCESS IS AVAILABLE AT THE SITE RECEPTION AND BAR, which is open every day till late between March and October. From November to the end of February the bar is closed but the reception is open most days till about 16.00 hours. WE DO NOT PROVIDE WI-FI OR INTERNET ACCESS AT THE LODGE ITSELF. IMPORTANT: **Unfortunately we cannot accept all male or all female parties under 25 years of age.**
