It offers up to 6 beds and a beautiful terrace or garden where you can enjoy relaxation and tranquility The space The apartment is part of a private residence and is the ideal place for those who want to spend a relaxing and peaceful holiday without giving up the pleasure of the nightlife of San Teodoro with its characteristic market in the square and the various outdoor restaurants, places for an aperitif or after dinner, discos. The residence was renovated in 2013 and completely renovated in a modern style in May 2014 to offer its guests a warm and welcoming environment and equipped with many amenities (flat-screen TV, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine). The apartment in the residence has its own outdoor space and piece of garden also equipped to be able to eat outside. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds (not bunk beds)), a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a living room with a double sofa bed: it can therefore comfortably accommodate four to six people. The apartment also has a large table and chairs to enjoy a meal outside in the tranquility of the setting or simply to relax away from the nightlife of San Teodoro. The residence offers the possibility of additional linen rental services (sheets and bath linen). Guest access From Olbia port or airport, take the SS 131 towards Nuoro and exit at the San Teodoro junction. Continue to the San Teodoro roundabout, without entering the village and proceed for about 600 m on the main road to the AGIP. Take the private road that runs along the property near the agip. After a few meters, you will find the entrance gate to the property on your right in the corner. As soon as you enter the residence, guests can easily park their car inside.
