Hosted with an impeccable customer service Casa Rosmarino also offers breathtaking views of Tuscan countryside, comfortable beds, an infrared SAUNA. Casa Rosmarino is located inside an hamlet of historical farmhouses 2 minutes drive (15 min. walking distance) from Anghiari, the most beautiful small town in Italy by Travel+Leisure and CNN Travel. The house has been finely restored with local eco-materials, respecting tradition and functionality, improved over the years by adding all the comforts. Despite being very close to town, it is completely blended with nature and silence, there is no pollution of any kind. Casa Rosmarino is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room with working fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the first floor there is a spectacular master bedroom with bathroom in the tower and a small double bedroom. Outside 2 private patios covered by jasmine and vines, a charcoal barbecue grill, table and chairs with a spectacular views over the pool and the Tuscan valley. A private staircase leads from the patio to the pool area which is equipped with a wood-burning oven for pizza and a second barbecue right next to the pool. From the pool area you can enjoy a stunning view. There are also 2 pergolas with tables, chairs and sun beds, great for relaxing or enjoying a wine while watching the sunset. The house is surrounded by rosemary, lavender and jasmine and has 18x6 panoramic swimming pool shared with the other units of the Hamlet. We have 5 unit for rent, Casa Rosmarino is the only house overlooking the pool and with a private access to the pool area. CAPANNO GUEST HOUSE (included in the rental) This Guest House will easily adapt to your needs. It's a wonderful studio with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside and is perfect for Cooking Classes, Massages, Extra Guests, Kids Night, Wine at Sunset, and much more...It comes with a sofa bed, AC, kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace with pergola, tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a private garden in between olive trees and cypress.
