Beautiful apartment, a very bright bedroom, quiet for 2 guests in an old residence, 10 min walk from the city center and 5 min from the train station. Close to all shops and transport 1st floor, with elevator, unobstructed south view. Other things to note Upon your arrival, we provide a welcome kit containing essentials (toilet paper, coffee, shampoo, etc.) to help you settle in comfortably. We do not provide laundry cleaning products. For longer-term stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these consumables, as they would be in a standard furnished rental. We do not offer a luggage storage service. Accommodation is provided by a Luxembourg company. The landlord waives any recourse against the tenant in the event of a claim covered by the building’s insurance policy. As a reminder, the abandonment clause of recourse against the tenant of homeowner's insurance does not cover: •the tenant's property •the tenant's civil liability to third parties. In order to comply with Luxembourg legislation, please note that any guest will be asked to provide a copy of their ID and fill in an accommodation card.
