Delightful apartment of about 70 square meters located in Piosina (Città di Castello) just outside the city, about 5 km from the center and located in the open countryside. Surrounded by greenery adjacent to the green path of the Tiber River that connects San Giustino with Città di Castello for relaxing walks. Ideal apartment for those who love nature and tranquility. Use of the swimming pool in summer and sauna in winter. Near our house you can reach a bar and a grocery store. The space The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Outdoor space where you can eat and the possibility of barbecuing. Also, upon request, you can use the 7x4 swimming pool in the summer, including sun loungers and an umbrella (at no additional cost). We are currently unable to accept pets. Guest access Green area and private parking. Other things to note Possibility of adding a camping cot for children up to 3 years old.
