Rental unit in Cornwall

Our home sits within 6 acres of quiet farmland just on the outskirts of Newquay. The annexe is part of our house, it has it's own entrance, & parking. The space is light & airy, but what makes it special is the peaceful ambience due to our location. The house dates back to the 1900's, with lots of original features. Newquay is a 5 min drive, our nearest beach, Porth, is about a mile & half away. If you're looking for some time away from hustle & bustle, but want to explore Cornwall, it's fab! The space The annexe has been furnished with a mixture of old and new, designed to be a space where you can relax and unwind. The kitchen is functional if visitors want to cook (lots of nice places to eat in Newquay however!) It's super quiet during the day when the family is all out working. Guest access The annexe forms the left hand side, ground floor part of the farmhouse and it has it's own separate entrance at the back of the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy coffee on the patio outside the apartment entrance, and say hello to the horses that are grazing behind the house. If you want to look around the farm, let me know so that I can make sure other members of the family are aware should they be out and about working with the horses. There is an interlinking door between the annexe and main part of the house which is kept locked at all times. There is substantial parking, you can park at the side of the annexe, and the car park is camera covered for your security. Other things to note Can I please advise potential visitors that the apartment currently has a small double bed (4ft), no one has had a problem with it, (I have slept in it myself & seriously had one of my best nights sleep!) but it may make a difference to whether or not you book. Also, our access track can get pot holed when we have had alot of rain. During the summer we like to hope that we won't have rain, but, this is good old Blighty & it rains, alot. So, if you are super precious about your car, we might not be the best place for you to stay..and we have a boxer dog, and a couple of spaniels they are a bit noisy on arrival but will be your best friends if you are keen!
