Unique countryside cottage

Gîte de Kerdiez. This gîte was made entirely by us, it took us 6 years to create a place that suits us completely. We are very happy to introduce you to this little piece of heaven. The cottage is surrounded by our "Landes de Bretagne" sheep, peacocks, horses and three goats. The hamlet is composed of seven Breton houses from the 1900s. The space Total area: 90 m² - 4/6 people - Main Floor: -equipped kitchen (1 electric stove with 3 gas burners, dishwasher, oven, microwave/grill...) - 360° swivel stove - dining room, living room, bathroom (walk-in shower), separate toilet (hand basin) -laundry room (washing machine & dryer)/extra bedroom (2-seater sofa bed) overlooking the living room from the outdoor terrace. ​ Floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (electric bed base, premium memory foam mattress) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) that can be joined together as a double bed 180 x 200 1 "baby crib" and changing table are available. Separate toilet. ​ Exteriors: 1 terrace in the front 1 rear terrace with large table for 12 people and outdoor lounge Gas plancha and barbecue available. (charcoal provided) enclosed garden, enclosed courtyard that can accommodate several cars. (We only accept ONE pet). Guest access All areas of the accommodation are accessible Other things to note The cottage is not adjoining, it is on enclosed land, closed by a barrier. We live nearby, we will gladly answer any questions you may have. The extra bedroom on the ground floor is, as its name suggests, an extra bedroom..., it is smaller than the bedrooms upstairs, the bed is a sofa bed. Mountain bikes are available free of charge. Mountain bike and equestrian circuits are visible on the "openrunner" sports site, they pass nearby.
