The house has: - 2 double bedrooms - 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed - 2 powder rooms - 1 bathroom - Open plan kitchen on living room equipped with fireplace - Balcony with views of Usson Castle - Balcony with patio view - Patio equipped with BBQ and bread/pizza oven - 3000m² of land, most of which is by the river "La Bruyante" - Parking in front of the house (river side) -WIFI To fully relax: - You will have just for you "La Bruyante" with its small waterfalls and its "pools" of clear and fresh water. A hammock in the trees will rock you during a nice nap or reading... - Close to varied walks both in terms of landscapes and difficulty (Le Roc Blanc, Etang de Laurenti, among many others). For athletes: - 8 minutes from the (family) ski resort of Mijanes; 18 minutes from the Col de Pailhères. Close to thermal water resorts, fishing, etc. (27 km to Lesl 'watering Angles ski resort; 42 km to Font Romeu, 58 km to Puigcerdà (Spain); 34 km to Ax les Thermes et les Bains de Couloubret, 90 km from Andorra...) - Free access to the services of Rouze Town Hall: tennis court, ping pong table, playground for children and wifi in the village (1 km from the house) Shops: The house is an 8-minute drive from a village with a very complete grocery store (Useful de Quérigut), shop and other services. WARNING: This house is not very suitable for small children without supervision! (risk of drowning in the river, high rocks without railing or protection...)
