L'Etape du Moulin is a semi-detached cottage located on our property. Ideal for a single person or couple, it has a private entrance, parking space and cozy comfort whether you are passing through or staying for several days. You can enjoy a terrace that may be shared with the other cottage and access the bucolic garden and private pond for a short boat ride, a nap by the water. The space On the ground floor, the cottage consists of a large 25 m² living room with a small open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas hob, oven, and microwave, and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs, a beautiful, bright 13 m² bedroom equipped with a dressing area and plenty of storage space. The cottage is equipped with wifi with fiber and air conditioning Parking is available in the open private parking lot. Possibly shared access to the covered terrace for meals and the outdoor dining area right in front of the accommodation Outdoor games are possible (rackets, badminton, pétanque, swimming in the pool, etc.) I don't charge a cleaning fee, so I trust you to leave the house impeccable and clean upon checkout. Otherwise, €70 will be requested or withdrawn from the security deposit. The end-of-stay cleaning option can be requested if you do not want to do it and will be payable on site. Discovering our region will give you the opportunity to enjoy our gastronomy, the beauty and variety of landscapes for beautiful walks and hikes, farmers' markets, etc. On site, you will also have the opportunity to discover my small flea market and treat yourself to some lovely tableware or decorative items. For cycling and hiking enthusiasts, the cottage is 15 minutes by bike from the Voie Verte de l'Albret. As you can see, there are a multitude of activities and discoveries to be made!
