L'Etape du Moulin is a semi-detached cottage located on our property. Ideal for a single person or couple, it has a private entrance, parking space and cozy comfort whether you are passing through or staying for several days. You can enjoy a terrace that may be shared with the other cottage and access the bucolic garden and private pond for a short boat ride, a nap by the water. The space the cottage is composed on the ground floor of a large living room of 25 m2 with a small open kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven and microwave, a shower room with separate toilet. Upstairs, a beautiful bright bedroom of 13 m2 equipped with a dressing room and multiple storage spaces The vacation rental is equipped with fiber Wi-Fi and air conditioning Parking is available in the open private parking lot Want more photos and info on social media, you can also discover the other adjoining gite of the Moulin de Lausseignan. Guest access Guests can access the terraces, garden and pond to relax, have a drink or a meal. Other things to note The Moulin de Lausseignan is located just outside the village on the road to Xaintrailles, at the bridge on your left.
