Situated in Elenhall in the Staffordshire countryside just 2 miles from Eccleshall. The Dorm annex boasts a sun terrace and views of the garden and free private parking is available. The private annex room has a double bed and en suite shower. It is located in the garden and has a flat-screen TV and a seating area for your. You will find a microwave, kettle, a fridge and a toaster in the room and complimentary cereals. This listing does not include breakfast as we are on other OTA's as a BnB! The space We can arrange for you to access the room at a convenient time for you as there is a key code in the porch for you to access the key. The room is private and separate from the house so you can come and go as you please. In the room you will find a fridge and a toaster. there are complimentary cereals in the kitchenette and fresh milk in the fridge. Guest access The whole annex is for you to use. there is a bedroom, open plan shower room, kitchenette with fridge and toaster and dining area. there is a private patio in front of your parking space overlooking the garden. During your stay We are present in the house every evening from 5.30pm. We both work in the week so arrangement regarding the key and access will be made prior to your stay. Other things to note This listing of our annex excludes breakfast. However, there are complimentary cereals in the kitchen and milk in the fridge.
