In a perfect location to reach the Ovindoli ski resort, during the summer you can discover several hiking trails through the nearby mountains. The house is part of a complex of three terraced villas and is spread across two floors. On the lower floor there is a large single room with a stone fireplace and kitchenette, also equipped with a wood stove. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a balcony with a panoramic view, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with an armored front door, athermic glass, mosquito nets and radiators with direct gas. During the summer, a lovely sunny patio is ideal for enjoying the view of the mountains in front of the house. ➿➿➿➿➿➿➿➿➿ Our home, facing the beautiful national parks' mountain scenery and the geological wonder of Piana del Fucino, is situated in a quiet mountain town in the Sirente-Velino Natural Park of the Abruzzo region. This is a location where you can enjoy both winter and summer months, always accompanied by the tasty Italian cuisine and wine. For winter lovers, the house is only 30 minutes away from the ski resorts of Ovindoli with many snow trekking trails. During the summer season, daily excursions are possible, where you can hike, climb and swim in lakes. The house is on two levels. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a fireplace to enjoy the atmosphere of winter months. On the upper level, you will find two bedrooms (double bedroom and a bunk bed room). The main bedroom has a small balcony with a panoramic view. The house is complete with a security entrance door, screens, thermal glass windows, and radiators. During the spring and summer months you will enjoy the comfortable terrace where you can dine outdoors and enjoy the beautiful view.
