Central Bath. Huge, elegant, family house.

Our central Bath family home is very spacious, comfortable and filled with light and has spectacular views across Bath. The centre of town, with all its amazing history, shops, thermal spa and restaurants is a fifteen minute stroll down the hill. The space This historic grade 2 listed house is our own home so it is fully equipped and has a family feel at the same time as offering large, elegant rooms with high ceilings and classical decor. It is the perfect place to gather family and friends. There are places to play and places to relax, spread across five, light-filled floors. We have a south facing garden and increasingly spectacular views as you go up to the upper floors. There is central heating, two 'living flame’ fireplaces and a wood burning stove if the British weather lets you down. Wifi, Internet access, television and Sonos sound system are available, as are all the usual domestic appliances. Guest access The rental includes five floors of the house and sole use of the south facing back garden. We have a basement apartment which we occasionally use but this is self contained, with a separate entrance, so you will be completely private in the house. A residents’ parking permit can be arranged at no extra charge. Other things to note COVID CANCELLATION POLICY We operate a moderate cancellation policy but have never charged for a COVID enforced cancellation. In the event of government restrictions being re-imposed we would continue to waive the cancellation fee.
