A rural house at the foot of the Sierra Nevada and just 12 km from downtown Granada, in the municipality of Quéntar. It is the ideal place to enjoy the city, visit the Alhambra, or practice adventure sports. Ideal for relaxing with family or friends The space Labella Casona is the perfect place to get away from the city and enjoy nature with family or friends. It is very cozy and we have equipped it to make you feel right at home. It has four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, a third with two bunk beds of four beds and the last with three single beds. The living room is very spacious, with a dining area for up to fifteen people, and another for relaxing with two sofas and a fireplace for winter afternoons. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are three bathrooms, two inside the house and another next to the pool, all with a shower or bathtub. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, both inside and outside. You can enjoy the swimming pool (for stays longer than 3 nights, we include pool cleaning service from approximately 7.30 to 8.30 am) and the solarium area, totally private, as well as the barbecue, ping-pong table to make the afternoons more entertaining, and parking area. Bed and bath linens will be available, making your luggage lighter. There is air conditioning in two rooms, the hottest in the house and in the living room - kitchen, in the rest we leave fans for the summer and radiators for the winter. I follow Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are some of the main steps I take to clean my space: I disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs. I use products and disinfectants approved by international health authorities, and I wear personal protective equipment while cleaning to avoid cross-contamination. I clean all the rooms following the specific task lists for each one. I provide extra cleaning supplies in case you need to clean during your stay. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Other things to note Activities that can be practiced in the surroundings: adventure sports such as canyoning, kayaking, canoeing, climbing in the Aguas Blancas reservoir.
