Description

Via della Stella is a charming agriturismo with a housing surface of 530m², divided over nine separate apartments. Each apartment has its own living room, kitchen and one or more bath & bedrooms. The farmhouse has a wonderful panoramic swimming pool. Its great position with view over the hills heading up to Montepulciano create a serene atmosphere. The farmhouse has been carefully decorated in rural Tuscan style. Activities such as wine tastings and cooking classes are available onsite. The space Casa Ulivi is a spacious 90m² apartment on the first floor, accessible by a few steps and accommodating up to six guests. It features a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a brickwork kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher and oven, and satellite TV. The apartment includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with its own bathroom and shower. Located just a few steps from the swimming pool, Casa Ulivi also offers an outdoor space for guests to enjoy meals or relaxing outdoors. Guest access Each apartment has its designated outdoor area, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. The pool is shared with the other guests. Other things to note We are in the Valdichiana area, which is the southeast of Tuscany, roughly between Arezzo, Cortona and Siena. Besides those cities themselves, you can combine different destinations in a day trip: - Lake Trasimeno for a day on the water - Pienza / Montepulciano / Val d'Orcia - Perugia / Assisi - San Gimignano / Siena The Autostrada A1 and Siena-Perugia motorways ensure that travel times are shorter compared to other parts of Tuscany. Florence is easily accessible by train for a day trip, which prevents parking and driving in the city. You could even consider visiting Rome by high-velocity train from Arezzo, a trip of 70 minutes. On the south side of the Trasimeno lake there is a water park with several pools and slides. Do note, having a car is highly recommended for getting around. Registration Details IT052015B564N97NFU
