Tucked away on the coast in a designated Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only ½ mile from Gwithian surf beach and with St. Ives just across the bay, enjoy peace and tranquility in the heart of the Cornish countryside. The space This apartment has been reimagined from the annexe in my family home, spread over 1 ½ floors with its own private entrance and generous balcony space. The light, airy and modern space consists of an open-plan, boho-inspired bedroom, cosy lounge and fully-equipped kitchen spacious enough to cook up a romantic meal together. French doors open straight onto the balcony complete with patio furniture to enjoy the sea views from with a glass of wine. If this isn't entertainment enough, you'll find a Smart TV, a Bluetooth sound system, WiFi and a selection of Cornish books to leaf through. For cosying up in the evening there's warm lighting, extra throws and blackout blinds, or for early risers there's ample room in this minimalist space to practice yoga or get creative as the sunlight streams in through your windows. Downstairs you'll find a generously-sized bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit with his & hers sinks (or hers and hers, or his and his) and a separate toilet. The property features keyless entry and there is ample parking on the driveway outside which is down a lane off the main road. Hand-built in a minimal Japandi style with a glass front framing panoramic views over St Ives bay & Godrevy lighthouse, your destination is full relaxation. Bio saunas are mid-heat & high humidity, so you can inhale the benefits of the fresh coastal air in the steam. Other things to note ✨ Sunset spa deck: A pre-light service is provided for both the hot tub and sauna. I’ll have whichever one you choose ready and waiting for you with extra special touches at your chosen time— including on the evening of your arrival if you let me know in advance. Sessions are unlimited in time and can be arranged for any day of your stay with a minimum notice of 3 hours. Each use of the spa is arranged as an individual session, so I ask guests to provide a start time before use. You are also welcome to bring your own wood and light the sauna or hot tub yourself at no extra charge. Prices: – Hot tub pre-light service + firewood: £30 per session – Sauna pre-light service + firewood: £20 per session – Firewood (extra bags or DIY): £10 per bag – Add Prosecco or non-alcoholic fizz on ice: £5 – Upgrade to Camel Valley Cornish sparkling wine: £35 The spa deck is accessed via a short walk through our garden. Although the garden itself isn’t part of the guest space, the hot tub and sauna area is fully private and reserved just for you during your session— with glass and wood panels designed to balance privacy and panoramic sea views. If you opt to light the sauna or hot tub yourself, please ensure you are confident and experienced with lighting and tending a fire.
