Small rustic railway house in the Zellertal, quiet and secluded in the middle of fields. Ideal for switching off or for focused work. Ideal for families, friends, musicians or couples The space Overall, the house is not superbly renovated, but rather something for people who love camping but want the comfort of a charming cottage. Guest access 70 sqm house and about 150 sqm garden ... The lower floor offers a small room with fireplace and (folding)sofa and a larger room as well as a small kitchen (equipped with washing machine, 2 electric hotplates, fridge and kettle) and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. the smaller bedroom with a 120 cm wide mattress(Emma) and the large one with a family bed with 280 cm wide! Despite the seclusion, fast internet is available. In the summer months it is cool in the house, in the colder days it can be heated with a fireplace and an electric air conditioner. Our daughter has some books and toys there. For example, dollhouse, obstacle course (also suitable for dogs ;-), large sandbox 3x4 m with sand toys and card/board games. Dogs are allowed but should stay on the lower floor and are not allowed on the couch and into the beds. Legacies in the garden should be removed. We ask for 15€ cleaning fee per dog. The garden is fenced but has holes here and there, if a dog really wants to get out, he will probably find a possibility ;-) Other things to note The location is best reached by car. It is possible to camp in the garden or to place a camper/caravan. Smoking only outside the house Bed linen/towels are also available on site. Heating in spring/fall: There is no central heating, only a wood-burning stove and an air conditioner on the lower floor. Upstairs are small electric heaters for the bedrooms. Downstairs is a cozy sofa bed in front of the wood-burning stove. If there were no guests right before, it takes several days until it is really pleasant, but we can also turn on the air conditioning to heat up 2-3 days in advance. We can provide you with wood (for this we ask for €5 per night) But if it is not a problem for you that it is not cozy and warm everywhere in the house and you do not shy away from wood heating, you are welcome to stay in the cottage in cold seasons. Final cleaning: 50 euros. After consultation, part of it can be waived if bed linens are brought along and the cottage is left as it was handed over.
