Villa Les Breguieres

The house is on the outskirts of Brignoles, on a hill hidden among the trees. It is located on a plot of about 0.5 hectares and is completely free with a beautiful view over a small valley, forest and mountains in the distance. You have 100% privacy. You reach the house via a private driveway of about 100 meters with a covered carport. The swimming pool (10x5) is open for use from the beginning of May until the beginning of October. The house is equipped with plenty of garden furniture (including hammock) + BBQ. The space The house is located at the end of a dead end, not the best road, via its own driveway of about 100 meters with its own carport; lots of privacy and yet not far from the village of Brignoles. The large garden is fenced, lots of flowers and lovely shady spots e.g. under the olive tree by the pool and it is very quiet. Guest access The entire house is available to the tenant, the pool is also for the tenant's use only. The house has three levels, garage on the ground floor, living area and three bedrooms on the first level and another bedroom with bathroom on the second floor. Other things to note Because the house is built against a mountain, there are many level differences in and around the house, also in the garden there are several stairs.
