Beautiful Villa for up to 5 people immersed in the mediterranean scrub. Relax here in the quiet away from lively crowds! Walk to the beach and village center (4 minutes) to enjoy restaurants, cafes and shops. Ideal place for couples, families and friends who prefer the comfort of a full sized home! Dogs are also welcome to stay and run around our fenced garden! Hike from our villa into the serene nature and clean air of the Cilento Park! Our kitchen is fully equipped for food lovers! The space Pioppi is a hamlet of Pollica, the city with the cleanest sea in Italy! We decorated the villa to give you a wonderful stay, there is even a piano in the living room if you want to get in some musical practice time! We provide Yoga matts, swim goggles and bocce balls for fun. Many of our guests are foodies that love to cook, and we can tell you the best places to get the freshest ingredients in the area. In town, yet private and set away from the summer beach crowds, will give you the best mix of a holiday experience mixing a sea and mountain settings at the same time! There are tons of things to do a short distance from here, and will help you plan your perfect holiday. Wooden sun deck with two chaise launge tanning beds with umbrella for shade - Front and rear upstairs balconies with wooden benches - Parking for 2 cars at rear of the house (parking in town is very difficult with very few spaces, so this is a huge plus if you are staying in the Pioppi!) Hiking on the hill behind the house! Occasionally your international hosts Gerry and Irina (NYC) use a downstairs studio with separate entrance as their private residence, mostly on weekends, and are happy to let you know more about Pioppi and surrounds when they are around. Other things to note Please note that, as the villa is located on a short hill with a driveway in places paved with stones. People that have difficulty walking, or with small children in strollers may find it more convenient to drive down to the village from our villa rather than walking.
