We live in a beautiful and peaceful part of Perthshire with some of the most spectacular views. Ideally situated only a few minutes off the A90 but could be in the middle of nowhere! Half way between Perth & Dundee so all the benefits of a rural retreat with the advantage of major towns and cities nearby. Local amenities in nearby villages. Ideally situated for weddings at Fingask Castle, Errol Park and Guardswell. Major attractions including world famous golf courses within easy reach. The space Our home is a warm and cosy traditional farmhouse. Oil central heating, open fires and an Aga. Your spacious bedroom is on the first floor. Double aspect windows in the bedroom so is very light and bright with plenty storage. Your own private bathroom (bath and separate walk-in shower) is right next door to your bedroom. Guest access Bedroom, private bathroom, dining room, garden and private sitting room (Snug) During your stay We are here if you need us and happy to help in any way we can. Other things to note Continental breakfast is provided, please let us know of any dietary requirements. A car is essential as nearest bus route is a few miles away. We are at the top of a hill (tarmac drive) but 4 x 4 necessary if snowing. (This only happened one day last year) It gets cleared quickly. Maximum 2 guests. No pets. Not suitable for children.
