The apartment and its large terrace overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for a couple or a family of 4. Close to the city center you can spend your holidays quietly feet in the water, with private access to the sea. During the high season we rent our apartment by the week from Sunday to Sunday. Unfortunately, we're not able to offer exceptions. If the calendar shows less than seven nights available, please contact you. The space The apartment and its large terrace overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for a couple or a family of 4. Close to the city center you can spend your holidays quietly feet in the water, with private access to the sea. The apartment is located in a quiet residence, a few minutes walk from the city center with its shops and market. It is on the ground floor with a large enclosed terrace and access to the sea reserved for the residence. It is refurbished and consists of a large double room open to the terrace by a veranda, a mezzanine with the main bed 160cmx200cm and a toilet (toilet and sink). The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (oven, induction plates, microwave oven, toaster, espresso machine, television, plancha). The living room sofa can be converted into a 2-seater bed. Children have two bunk beds (70 kg max. per bed) in the entrance of the apartment which is separated from the main room by a door, so parents can enjoy the apartment in the evening without disturbing them. The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and washer/dryer. The residence has access to the private sea (with an outdoor shower), a tennis court and a pétanque court. At the bottom of the residence, two minutes walk, the cove of Renécros with the most beautiful beach of Bandol, it is ideal for children. We provide petanque balls, masks and snorkels as well as beach mattresses. Linens and towels are provided. Entire apartment Located in the Renecros district, you will be quiet and everything will be within walking distance from your accommodation: shops (bakery, supermarket, markets, restaurants...) leisure (bandol beaches, water sports, dives...), walks (customs trail, visit of the island of Bendor...). Golf de la Fregate is less than a 10-minute drive away. If you have a car, a parking space in the residence is assigned to you. Bandol Station is a 15-minute walk away. During the period of June – September, guests stay a minimum of 7 nights. They can only enter the premises on Sundays.
