100 m2 Santec house - near the beach

Ready from the center of the village . Nearest Beach: 7mn walk Large Dossen beach 15 minutes away (on foot). Decorative garden, terrace. Living room with open kitchen. Very comfortable to live in. A goat in the backyard in its enclosure. Many supermarkets in Saint Pol and Roscoff. Things to know: Huguette, the owner, will be in an independent and separate carport, behind the house. The house is located in a small, very quiet village, 5 to 7 minutes' walk from the first beaches, and about 30 minutes' walk from the beautiful (and huge) Dossen beach — or 5 minutes by car. On site, the flagship activities are walks, surfing and associated sports: the spot is renowned. You will be in the Pays de Léon, near Saint-Pol-de-Léon and Roscoff, a region generally preserved from mass tourism (except, sometimes, in supermarkets... and again). That said, the area is increasingly sought after. The house, on one level, is very pleasant: large living room with open kitchen, bright (which is not always the case with Breton houses). It has two medium-sized bedrooms, with a surface area of about 100 m². In the village you will find a bakery and a small supermarket. Supermarkets, as well as several organic stores, are about 15 minutes away by car. Important point: this is Huguette's house. She lives there all year round and rents it out during the summer holidays. She will stay on the other side of the house (north side), in her private garden. However, she will be available to welcome you and resolve any concerns. She has an adorable ginger cat and a slightly capricious border collie, but absolutely not aggressive. Finally, you will be in a house inhabited all year round, with a dog and a cat: it is a living house, not an Airbnb “show home”. And "alive" means that, despite the cleaning and attention to maintenance, there may be some animal hair or a little dust (welcome to the countryside). For the (rare) people who are very sensitive to these points, the easiest thing is to talk directly to Huguette on site: she will do what is necessary. It's always nicer than keeping a smile… then only settling this in the final review. And if hair/dust is a real issue for you, it might be better to choose a home that meets this level of requirement. Independent house, however Huguette will be in a room on the other side of the house with her dog (Border Collie) It is a house inhabited year-round by animals (1 dog and 1 cat), in fact and despite rigorous cleaning, hair may be present. A blind is temperamental in one of the bedrooms (sometimes it gets stuck, but it's very easy to raise it). A Gate closes the Garden, on wheels so it is manually closed.
