A quiet, private outside space to the rear of the property provides an area to plan your day over coffee or reflect on your days activities. MULTIPLE ROOM BOOKINGS We have 4 en-suite bedrooms available to book separately through Airbnb. If you are booking two rooms and would like to share the kitchen area then room 1 & 2 share a kitchen and room 3 & 4 share a kitchen. A great place to meet up with friends and family. COVID safety is paramount and your room will not be entered by anyone other than yourselves for the entirety of your stay (we do not service your room during your stay). Your room will be cleaned and sanitised to a high standard prior to your arrival and hand sanitiser is provided at the entrance. Laundry facilities of washing machine and tumble dryer are available for 4 or more night stays. Please let us know if you require this facility and we will arrange access for you. A large, locked shed for bike storage is available. Great central location in the heart of Coniston village. Close to shops, pubs and cafes. We offer a 10% discount at the popular Bluebird Cafe situated just 10 mins walk away at Coniston Boating Centre. Guest access The room is offered on a contactless basis with digital access as we manage the property remotely. You will receive a key lockbox code at 2pm on the day of check-in which will remain active until 10am on day of departure. Check in is anytime after 3pm which means you need not worry about a late arrival. Please check out by 10am on day of departure and return your key to the lockbox using your access code. All rooms are located upstairs and are clearly numbered: Room 1 and 2 on the 1st floor Room 3 and 4 on the 2nd floor
