Located between sea and countryside, 20 minutes from the coast of Pink Granite, the location is ideal for discovering the famous sites of Perros Guirec, Ploumana'ch, Tregastel, Paimpol, island Bréhat, Plougrescant, Tréguier and many more. The summer season offers many activities, attractions, festivals, allowing you to get a feel for Breton culture The space In this former farm building are grouped 4 bedrooms as well as common areas. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and toilet. It is of course possible to rent several of these rooms for holidays for families or groups of friends. For convivial moments, the cozy and spacious common room will be at your disposal. It has large tables and a living room with TV. A wood stove will warm up your autumn and winter evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace and barbecue complete this common area. The bedroom is called "The Barn" in reference to its former use. Since its reconversion, these rooms offer relaxed nights in a typical setting of character. This unit consists of 2 bedrooms separated by the bathroom (separate shower/sink/toilet), one bedroom bed 160*180, the other bedroom, 2 beds 90*190, each of the rooms has its independent entrance. Linens and towels are provided. You can book a breakfast to start the day with the rich local specialties if you like.
