The space The proposed room is located in a spacious 140 m² house, designed to accommodate professionals on the go in a quiet, functional and pleasant environment. The house includes 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets, allowing comfortable cohabitation. The common areas consist of a fully equipped kitchen and a friendly living room, conducive to relaxation after a day of work. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a desk and storage. ⚠️ Linens and bath towels are not provided. Please provide your personal linens. A sheet kit (fitted sheet, duvet cover and pillowcases) is available for rent at a rate of €20 per set, upon request. The cleaning of common areas is carried out every week, in order to guarantee a clean and pleasant environment for all occupants. The house enjoys a strategic location: • 15 min from PIPA St-Vulbas • 20 min from the Bugey nuclear power plant • 30 min from the Creys-Malville site A convenient and comfortable accommodation, ideal for short or medium-term business stays. Guest access Access to the room is fully autonomous. The key to the front door is in a secure lockbox, located outside the home, to the right of the door. The code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. This key is only used to open the front door and must be returned to the lockbox after each entry. Once inside, an open lockbox is behind the front door. It contains the room keychains: each keychain includes the room key and a front door key. The color shown on the keychain matches the color of your room. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs. Each room is equipped with air conditioning. The TVs present can be used as a comfort screen for a computer or phone. The Wi-Fi code is indicated in the booklet in each room. When you check out, please put the key to your room back in the inside lockbox, then lock the front door with the key from the outside box and close the dials to hide the code.
