Close to the beach and coastal paths, you'll appreciate our house for its comfort, brightness, space, calm, fully-equipped terrace and large garden. Fully equipped, you'll want for nothing. Just 1.8 km from Le Palais, our house is located in the center of the island. Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, our house is perfect for couples and families (with children). It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility. The space House of 120 m2 comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, located in the heart of a quiet village. Large living room opening onto a large terrace of 30m2 facing south overlooking the garden pleasantly wooded. Available for the terrace: barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and deckchairs. Games and toys are also available. Linen is provided. Cleaning and basic necessities available (coarse salt, sugar, ... toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets ...) Guest access The house is rented in its entirety, all rooms are accessible without restriction. Rental for a minimum duration of 10 days. Other things to note Capacity indicated for 8 people corresponding to 8 beds bed in 140 cm (2), 90 cm (2), 1 sofa bed (140 cm). Cot available on request. Electric or hybrid vehicles, connection to the house is prohibited, the rental rate does not include charging your vehicle. In case of connection, the electricity consumption for the entire stay will be charged on meter reading. Cleaning at the end of the stay: we do not require this service when booking.
