Warm Highland hospitality awaits in our traditional home which has been extended to provide comfortable en suite bedrooms. Watch the local red squirrels have breakfast whilst you have yours in our dining room with views over the garden and local hill The space We have five guest bedrooms which are configured as either double or twin bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. One of the rooms can also accommodate a family of up to four. Our front facing rooms look out across the village towards mountains and the rear ones to pine forest. The rooms all have tea and coffee making facilities, iPod docks, flat screen TV's and we provide towels. Guests have use of private lounge Free WiFi Free car parking area on site Host on site in separate part of the building. Host will meet and greet Braemar is famous for its Highland Games which is attended by the Royal family each year. The village has retained its historic charm and is in a picture postcard setting surrounded by the hills of the Cairngorms National Park. It is a great location for nature, walking, wildlife and other mountain sports. Glenshee Scotlands largest ski centre is just 10 minutes away. You can also visit Balmoral Castle, the community run Braemar castle, whisky distilleries or just relax in the local cafes and bars! There is a regular bus service connecting Braemar to Aberdeen which runs year round. From Aberdeen there are rail, coach services and an airport. Guest access Guests will have a private bedroom and bathroom. There is a shared guest lounge and dining room where breakfast is served. We have lived in Braemar for over 20 years and are passionate about the beautiful area which we live in and are always happy to share our local knowledge.
