Located in a quiet dead end street, it is close to all amenities, 2 km from the heart of the old medieval village of Biot, 4 km from the beach and 500 m from a Natura 2000 park which dominates the area. Car required (top of the hill) Pool privatization available at extra cost The space The accommodation is ideal for visiting the region, walking on the hill or resting in peace, with family or friends (two couples). It has a very large terrace overlooking the valley to the south, a private garden on the same level and a parking lot at the foot of the house (possibility of free parking in the street). At an altitude of 100 m, the villa is modern, very well insulated and designed for natural ventilation and by optimised by ceiling fans. Guest access The accommodation and the garden are opposite to our accommodation (which is located below). We are therefore present but you are totally independent. Other things to note Sleeping arrangements include a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm pull-out beds in the bedroom, and a 160 cm double sofa-bed in the living room.
