Guest access Access to our home is via a rear communal door into the vestibule, from there guests will have private secure access to the annexe, on the ground floor there’s a small kitchenette which includes a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave oven & countertop induction hob & separate grill, there’s a ground floor w.c and shower room (there is a shared utility room available with sink, washing machine & drying facilities if required) The lounge, dining and double bedroom are accessed via a short flight of stairs up on to the first floor.. Externally guests can access the front garden and patio area enjoying the unspoilt views across to the northern fells, Binsey & Skiddaw.. Ample off road parking is available adjacent to the entrance.. There are dog kennels / stables available across the yard should guests wish to bring their pets along..
