A cozy one-story wooden house: two rooms, a veranda and a small kitchen, a separate brick structure with a shower and toilet. There is a small gazebo next to the cabin. A large brazier. Many years of tall trees grow on the site, creating shade and comfort during the day. There is a parking space for two cars on the property. The entire cottage is rented, no one will be present at 8 acres. On a beautiful descent 10 minutes to a wide sandy little-populated beach.
