La Maisonette A Cottage in Carennac-Plage

Enjoy the experience of life in one of the most beautiful villages of France. A lovely stone cottage which comfortably accommodates 4 adults with sun-filled living room, two spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, delightful terrace and rear garden. The property also includes a large garage for safely parking your car. The space The cottage has a garage on the ground floor with entrance to the house. There is also a separate entrance via the front door. The second floor has a spacious sun-filled living room with wood fired heater for the cooler months. At the rear of the second floor there is a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped with quality cookware, crockery, cutlery and everything you need to prepare and eat at home. There is usually the basic grocery items in one of the cupboards - salt, pepper, oil etc. The kitchen and dining area open out onto the rear terrace and pretty garden. There is a BBQ and garden furniture. On the third floor there are two very large bedrooms - one at the front and one at the rear. Both have good sized windows allowing for plenty of sunlight. Also on this floor is the bathroom, with vanity, shower and lavatory. Guest access The cottage has a garage in which guests may park their car. There are other locations very nearby within the village that provide parking also. Carennac is a small village and exploring it is best undertaken on foot. The main roads and paths are paved, a few side smaller lanes are mostly gravel. It is extremely easy and most enjoyable to wander around the village.
