The front door opens onto a downstairs hall area and the staircase leads to the kitchen, living area. Kitchen consists of oven with induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and usual tea and coffee making facilities. Living room has 3 seater sofa, TV and a small table and chairs for dining. Double bedroom with built in wardrobe and ensuite shower room. The annexe is very open and airy with vellux windows that let in a lot of light. Oakley has a fantastic pub serving great food and there is a local shop and Bedford is 5 minutes away where there is many more restaurants and amenities available. Beautiful country side walks along the Great river Ouse and many quaint villages to explore. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole annexe.
