Deliziosa dependance

Annex, located in a quiet private area close to my home. The city center is 3 km away and can be reached by public transport (circular 1) with a terminal at the Nettuno train station, the bus stop is 100 meters from the house, the service is carried out by the "Rubeo bus" from Monday to Saturday at the following times 06:00 (first run) 20:15 (last run) The space The Deliziosa Dependance is located close to my home and together we share the entrance gate. My delicious Aristogatti walk on the property. The Deliziosa Dependance is equipped with a kitchen complete with utensils, an oven, and a refrigerator. A double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and a small outdoor patio with table, chairs that can become lounge chairs and clothesline when needed. ## GOOD NOTE: the occupancy tax will have to be paid at check-in ## Other things to note The ACCOMMODATION TAX, with Municipal Council Resolution no. 31 of 02/28/2025, has established a rate of €2.00 per person per night for short rentals.
