Our lovely pool, BBQ area and kitchen are common space. The bathroom is shared with just one more room. Walking distance to Ericeira's most famous surfing beach, Ribeira D'ilhas (10mins) and to center (20mins). Heating of room not included. The space Every private room has a balcony with sea view and cozy sun beds. Depending on the number of people in the house the bathroom of the private rooms might be shared with one other room (max: you and two other people). The kitchen is also to be shared between the private rooms. Feel at home, enjoy the carefully and with lots of love designed room, grill a fish, jump in the pool, watch the sunset from your balcony.
