Our penthouse is located at the gates of the historic center of Palermo. An apartment of over 150 m2 with 40 m2 of terrace, a large open space and three spacious rooms that we have chosen to offer as a tourist rental because we want to make our beautiful land known. The space The apartment has a 40 sqm terrace, the pearl of the property, also equipped with amenities such as umbrellas, evergreen and flowering plants, Wi-Fi, from which guests, during breakfast, aperitif or dinner, can admire a glimpse of the city of Palermo, a glimpse of the sea and watch the sunset. Guest access The rooms are located in a context of large common areas, accessible by guests. They consist of a double bed (a single bed can be added on request) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. You also have an open space living room and relaxation area; these spaces are also equipped with all amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and television.
