Step Into The Manor Lobby Enter through a grand wooden door into the Lobby, where your journey begins. The panelled ceiling, gilded chairs, and ornate tables set the tone for the elegance and character you’ll experience throughout the house. At the far end, the grand staircase awaits, its galleried oak design ascending to two upper floors with seven additional bedrooms overlooking the picturesque grounds. Library The Library is an intimate retreat on the first floor. Feel free to explore, relax, and make yourself at home in every room, with complete privacy. Other Things to Note • Manor Capacity: The Manor boasts 9 double beds and 2 single beds. A few rooms are designed to accommodate additional guests, featuring a Double Bed + Single Bed combination, along with 2 pull-out beds. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bedding for the pull-out beds. • To accommodate a further 8 guests, you can also book the Coach House, which is a separately listed property on Airbnb. Bedding, Towels, and Toiletries We provide a full set of bed linen for 9 double beds, each with: • 2 pillows + pillow slips • 1 duvet + duvet cover • 1 sheet • 2 large bath towels Each toilet comes with a hand towel, and each shower is equipped with a rubber bathmat for your comfort. We also supply hand soap for all sinks and basins. Important: • Extra linen or towels are not provided for portable or pull-out beds, so please bring your own bedding for those. • We do not supply washcloths or tea towels in the kitchen. For hygienic reasons, we encourage guests to use the dishwasher (dishwasher tablets are provided) rather than hand washing. This ensures all items are cleaned to the highest standard. Coach House The Coach House is a charming, independent accommodation located just 100 feet from the Manor, offering self-contained, self-catering facilities for up to 8 additional guests. This space includes 4 queen-size beds spread across 4 bedrooms. Privacy Guarantee: If you choose not to book the Coach House additionally, rest assured that it remains entirely private, with its own driveway and grounds, and cannot be seen from the Manor or its gardens. You’ll still have full access to the Manor and its beautiful grounds, regardless of whether the Coach House is booked. If you book the Coach House separately, it operates independently from the Manor, ensuring that you will not be disturbed by Manor guests, as the dividing gate will be closed to provide complete privacy. With the entire Manor and grounds at your disposal, plus the option to book the Coach House for a larger group, you’ll have the ultimate space to relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay! Guest access You have the whole place and grounds to yourself. Other things to note Manor: 9 double beds plus 2 single beds. The "+2" means - two rooms contain a Double Bed AND a Single Bed. Coach House: Sleeps 8 in 4 queen size beds in 4 bedrooms. What is the Coach House ? Further independent accommodation which can be booked on its own or with the manor. On the grounds just 100 feet from the Manor is the Coach House which offers further self contained self catering accommodation for a further eight guests. If you don't book it then don't worry as it is totally self contained with it's own drive and grounds and cannot be seen from the house or gardens.You have the entire grounds to yourself whether you have the Coach House or not and if you book the Coach House on it's own, you also will not be disturbed by Manor guests as the dividing gate will be closed.
