Fantastic cottage on idyllic Lake Garda

Our holiday home 'Casa Muslone', a 15th century wine farmhouse, is located 400 m above Lake Garda in the idyllic village of Muslone, municipality of Gargnano on the west bank. The spacious, two-storey winegrower house has been restored to the foundation walls and has been converted into a comfortable holiday home with 100 m² of living space for up to 6 people. The typical country style was preserved. The space In autumn/ winter 2016/ 2017 our house on the ground floor has been fundamentally rebuilt. The whole floor has been generously expanded, kitchen and living room are redesigned, a new kitchen has been built in. The entire floor is brighter and flooded with light. Second toilet has been rebuilt. The second bedroom upstairs has been redesigned and furnished. The bed now has the dimensions of 160 x 200 cm. The third bedroom has also been redesigned, the bed is extendable to the size of 160 x 200. It is a real bed, no sofa bed. In 2016, internet access was also set up via Satelitt (skyDSL) with free Wi-Fi for our guests. It's not the fastest line, but it's enough to get emails and small files. Muslone and our cottage 'Casa Muslone' offer you all the opportunities to experience and enjoy a wonderful holiday. Muslone is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding area and further afield. Some very nice, and sometimes challenging hiking trails start directly from the house. In Enzo's small grocery store there are typical Italian specialties and the offers of daily life. in 10 min. There is a lovely, wonderfully located pizzeria on foot. Sports - Hiking - Water Sports - Golfing - etc.: In Gargnano you will find the well-kept, public beach under old olive trees. There is plenty of parking. On the public, free swimming beach you can book a surf course and rent surfboards and pedal boats. For the water sports enthusiast it is also possible to rent sailing dinghies. Guided mountain bike tours are also started from here. Lake Garda is not only an attraction for water sports enthusiasts, there are also quiet bathing spots here. The surrounding mountains invite you to wonderful hikes with fantastic panoramic views of Lake Garda. In Toscolano, only about 20 minutes from Gargnano, lies the Val de Cartiere - the paper mill valley. The dilapidated, old paper mills are now being rebuilt with EU funds and provide an informative and interesting look into the past.
