The space We are located in a quiet residential area of Frauenfeld, in the immediate vicinity of the cantonal hospital. Beautiful hiking trails, public transport and even a small grocery store are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The main train station and other shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes by bus. A direct train connection to Zurich or Constance is offered several times an hour. We thought of everything... - 17 sqm double room (bed 160 x 200), Sofa bed 135 x 190 (for 2 children) - Private shower with toilet - weekly cleaning service (changing bed linens and vacuuming on request) -Towels and toiletries - Private kitchen with everything you need - TV / Wi-Fi, desk, -Outdoor seating, -parking space -Use of the washing machine (at extra cost), -Homemade dinner or packed lunch (at extra cost), - English lessons combined with accommodation (on request and for an extra charge) -Children welcome. Babies stay for free in their parents' bed. We are happy to welcome our guests to our beautiful house and still offer them the comfort and privacy of a hotel. Guest access Guests have their own outdoor seating area (morning sun) just outside their studio, where breakfast can be enjoyed on a warm day. Guests children may also use our garden with a trampoline. Opposite our house there is a safe playground belonging to the neighbourhood. Guests also have a parking space on our private driveway and may also request to use our garden grill to BBQ some food. Other things to note The studio has its own entrance but also has an internal door that leads to the main family home. This door is locked at all times and is more or less soundproof.... having said that, We have 2 lively young boys that do run around and play... there is some noise due to normal family activity. The studio is on street level and the family home is above. Infants under 2 are only free of charge if sharing an existing bed with one of the paying guests, otherwise will be charged as a guest with an extra cost of 20.-chf per night for crib, bedding, towels and high chair.
