The bathroom has a bathtub. There are two rooms; a living room with a comfy 1,60m bed, satellite TV, and a dining area and a small 2nd kids-bedroom (with a window in the hallway) equipped with a bunk bed only suitable for kids! From the balcony / loggia you can enjoy a beautiful lake view. You can use the beautiful beach and garden area with sandpit and jetty. Guest access The house guests can use the apartment aswell as the beautifully maintained outdoor area. There is a large lawn with trees, a large beautiful beach with jetty, sandpit etc. The gravel beach is gently sloping with a non-swimmer area. There is also a beach volleyball court. In the basement there is a washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee. Other things to note Not incl. in the price: 2,7€ tourismtax pp >16 years Wifi unlimited; i can't garantee its working but i'll do my best It is an absolute Non smoking apartment, smoking is allowed on the balcony.
