Description
Entire house (two floors) in one of the finest XVII c. building in Muro Leccese. The house is very charming, has beautiful views and a terrace with outside kitchen. Great for four friends, two couples or a couple with grown up kids.The house is located in the center of Muro Leccese, just a 4 minute walk from the main square and restaurants and bars. The space Sophisticated shabby chic. Entrance to the apartment is from the wooden door that you see in the picture. A steep stairway takes you to the first floor. There you find the kitchen with a large window overlooking the square and, behind it, the oldest part of Muro (in the style of an arab Medina, with really narrow streets). On the same floor, there is a bathroom and a small room ancillary to the kitchen. Another stairway takes you to the second floor. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom, again with views of the square, with its own bathroom, and a large terrace. In the summer, the terrace is used to chill out. On the other side of the terrace there is the second bedroom with its own bathroom. Both bedrooms are adorned with fireplaces. The terrace and the second bedroom look onto town gardens and in the background the old church in the main square. The place is very elegant, and the terrace creates a very pleasant vacation atmosphere. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms (to be paid extra at 0.60kwh) during the summer and very good heat system for the winter. Other things to note There is no washing machine and dish washer.
