Located 2.5 miles from Winchester City Centre and 5 mins from the M3 Junction 9. Situated in leafy Kings Worthy in a quiet cul-de-sac. A private driveway comfortably accommodates 2 cars. There are 3 loos in the house. Nearby : an award winning farm shop, Tesco, post office, pubs and too many great restaurants to mention them all. House not suitable for children under 8. The space A sparkling clean home is what you can always expect. Well behaved children over the age of 8 years are very welcome. The house is not suitable or equipped for babies or young children. Guest access The entire 2 bedroom house is all yours. I will try and meet you on arrival. Otherwise there is a lock box in the porch for self check-in which works very well.
