Start a visit to Edinburgh in the surrounds of the beautiful Victorian architecture of Quendale Guest House. Relax in the seating area in the large bay window area of your spacious bedroom. Then, the city awaits. Your room has a super-comfy, super-king sized bed and a compact en-suite shower room. I offer self check in or can greet guests on arrival. During your stay I am on hand should you need assistance and I can also be contacted by phone. The space Quendale is a typically spacious Victorian Edinburgh townhouse. The room available has a large bay window with views to Salisbury Crags (and Arthur Seat when there are no leaves on the trees!). It has a super-comfy, super-king sized bed and compact en-suite shower room. Guest access This listing is for a bedroom which contains a working area and seating area within the room. There is an en-suite shower room and toilet. It is accessed via a communal hallway and stair but there is no access to other rooms in the house. During your stay I offer self check in or can greet guests on arrival. During your stay I am on hand when home should you need assistance and I can also be contacted by phone. Other things to note My property is situated on a busy main road, and with it being quite old, some traffic noise is inevitable. To help ensure a comfortable stay, I provide ear plugs for guests. Please keep this in mind when booking, as we want you to have the best experience possible. Heating is provided by two central heating radiators in the room. These have individual temperature controls which can be adjusted. During the winter the central heating comes on in the morning for a few hours and for the evening (usually 6 to 11:30pm). During colder temperatures it may be on during the day and through the night. In summer it is not usual for central heating to be used. For environmental reasons in Scotland it is not usual to maintain room temperatures at 'shorts and T-shirts inside' temperatures. I have other rooms available so can accommodate larger groups.
