The house is set on one acre of developing gardens, landscaped to the front, with woodland paths to explore at the rear. The patio comes complete with dining furniture and a gas BBQ for summer evenings and there is a sandpit for young children. Inside you will find underfloor heating and unlimited hot water 24/7 ensuring a comfortable stay all year round. There’s ample space for you and your guests to relax together with a Smart TV, Netflix and Wifi for extra entertainment. There is also a desk and chair on the mezzanine area, ideal for anyone who needs to squeeze in some work or study during their stay. To the rear is the property is a secure garage/games room which is open for guest use and includes a snooker table, dart board, table tennis table and gym equipment. The room can also be used to store surf boards, bicycles etc. safely.
