Air-conditioned on a landscaped and wooded plot, ideally located at the gates of Sologne and the Loire Castles (Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Blois) as well as 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo and the Loire à Vélo bike paths. Suitable for families with children, 800 m from the shops and restaurants of the village of Cour Cheverny. Animals allowed. Gite entrusted to Conciergerie Fj Services to ensure your stay The space Florence and Laurent welcome you to the gite des Chercherelles in an independent air-conditioned house on a fully enclosed plot of 2000m². Ideal for families with children in a very quiet environment 800 m from shops and restaurants in the village of Cour Cheverny. This house is composed on the ground floor: A large kitchen open to the living room, a large veranda ,an adult bedroom, a bathroom , a separate toilet and a back kitchen with freezer and washing machine. Upstairs you will discover an adult room, a children's room with 3 beds of 90 , an OPEN mezzanine with a click-clack (140 X 190) , a bathroom with toilet and a games room equipped for children. Outside you benefit from a hot tub (in service from April to October), a summer kitchen with sink and plancha, a large table and seating area, a swing and even a kennel. You also have a ping pong table, a foosball table, a dartboard, a badminton area, volleyball, basketball and of course on a pétanque court. There is also a hammock for naps in the shade! Great news: a vintage 1978 pinball machine was recently installed at the cottage! This iconic machine will delight young and old. However, the pinball machine is fragile: Please take care of it so that it can still make future generations dream. ATTENTION: If you are looking for a house to party go your way. Beds will be made upon your arrival. Two tea towels will be provided on the other hand towels are an option. Possibility to rent bikes on site (adult and child mountain bikes plus a trailer and a child seat). In order not to increase the rate of your stay, we have chosen not to charge a cleaning fee. As a result, the house will need to be cleaned and put away as on arrival. ATTENTION: in the face of the upsurge of incivility observed on recent rentals, we will be uncompromising on the cleanliness of the rental upon your departure. Essentials such as toilet paper, shower gel, coffee, tea, sugar, etc., are provided in a starter kit in the house . The rest of the needs will be at your expense during your stay!
